Isaac Albaugh the following Bill of Sale Know all men by these presents that I William Albaugh of Frederick County & State of Maryland for the consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars current money to me in hand paid by Isaac Albaugh of the County & State aforesaid, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted, bargained, sold & delivered by these presents do grant sell & deliver unto the said Isaac Albaugh my negro slave Nathan which said slave Nathan I will warrant & defend to the said Isaac Albaugh his executors, administrators & assigns against me my executors & administrators against every other person or persons whomsoever can this express provision, that the said Isaac Albaugh shall never sell him, to be removed out of the State of Maryland.
