Last Will and Testament                            The last will and testament of Wilhelm
                  of                                                 Allbaugh of the Township of Richland and
     Wilhelm Allbaugh                                  County of Cambria.  I, Wilhelm Allbaugh
                                                                      considering the uncertainty of this mortal
life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form that is to say, First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Margaret Allbaugh Three hundred dollars the widows allowance.  Second, the property to be sold and the debts and Funeral Expenses paid and if anything is left either money or property real estate or personal, I give and bequeath the same to be beloved wife Margaret Allbaugh.  And I do hereby  appoint Cornelius Burkeybile sole Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all and every former will or wills by me made.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of July in the years of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and eighty seven.

        Before me Celesticio Blair, Register of the probate of will and granting letters of administration in and for said County personally came Jacob Noon and H. R. Shaffer the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will who being duly affirmed according to law does depose and say that they were present and saw and heard Wilhelm Allbaugh the within named testator sign seal publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge observation and belief .
