                                     Deed  Jacob Stonebrook To Mourris Albaugh

This Indenture made this Eighteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two between Jacob Stonebrook of the County of Harrison and State of Ohio and Agnes his wife of the one part and Morris Albaugh Junior if the County of Harrison and State of Ohio of the other part.  Witnesseth that the said Jacob Stonebrook and Agnes his wife for and in consideration  of the Sum of Four hundred and fifty dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained and sold and by these presents to grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said Mauris  Albaugh Junior his heirs or assigns all the following described Tract of Land with the appurtenances situate lying and being in the County and State aforesaid being the North Tract of the South West quarter of Section eighteen with the exception of five acres in the North west corner of said Tract set to be Joseph Conrad in Township Twelve and Range five of the lands directed to be sold at Steubenville to include all the balance of the quarter that has not been sold to Jonathon Markley but shall be subject to the Division line that is now established between said the said Jonathon A. Markley and me the said tract of land so sold contains eighty acres be the same more less.  To have and to hold the above Tract of Land and premises with the appurtenances to the said Mauris Albaugh Junior his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Mauris  Albaugh Junior his heirs and assigns forever and the said Jacob Stonebrook for himself and his heirs Executors and Administrators Do and hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Maurris Albaugh Junior his heirs and assigns that he the said Jacob Stonebrook the above described Tract of Land and premises to the said Maurris Albaugh his heirs and assigns shall and will forever warrant and defend against all Lawful claims whatsoever.  In Testimony whereof the aforesaid Jacob Stonebrook and Agnes his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

The State of Ohio}    SS    On the 18th day of February 1832 personally appeared before me one of the
Harrison County }   Justices of the Peace in said County the above named Jacob Stonebrook and  
Agness his wife acknowledged the above Instrument of writing to be their free and voluntary act and deed for the purposes therein contained and requested that the same might be executed as such.  She the said Agnes being by me personally examined separate and apart from her said husband and declared that she signed and as her act and deed delivered the same without coercion or compulsion from her said husband.  I further certify that from my own personal knowledge I know the grantors of the above deed are the persons whom they represent themselves to be.  Given under my hand and seal the day and year above written.
