Samuel Stokely to George Allbaugh

 

Know all men by these presents, that we, Samuel Stokely and Mary his wife, for and in consideration of Six hundred dollars to him paid by George Allbaugh all of Jefferson County, State of Ohio, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold and do hereby grant ,sell & convey unto said George Allbaugh, that tract and parcel of Land & premises, known & designated as the North half of the South East quarter of Section No. Seven (7) in Township No. Twelve (12) of Range four (4) in said Jefferson County, adjoining lands of said Allbaugh, Thos Calhoon, Peter McIntyre & others.  Being about 80 acres.  To have and to hold said piece and parcel of Land and premises unto him said Allbaugh his heirs & assigns forever.  And I said Samuel Stokely do hereby covenant & agree to & with said Allbaugh his heirs & assigns, that unto him & them, the said  Land & premises above mentioned he will warrant & defend.
