Release Deed
                Solomon Albaugh                                                                   To Solomon Slates
Know all men by these presents that we Solomon Albaugh and Catharine his wife in consideration of fifty dollars in hand paid by Solomon Slates do hereby release, remise and forever quit claim unto the said Solomon Slates his heirs and assigns forever all our title interest and Estate legal and equitable in the following premises with appurtenances situate and being the undivided twelfth or share of the North East quarter of Section Nine (9) Township twelve (12) Range five containing one hundred and sixty acres of lands directed to be sold at Steubenville Land District.    In Testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 12th day of March A.D. 1856.

Personally appeared the above named Solomon Albaugh and Catharine his wife and acknowledged the signing of the above Deed to be their Voluntary act and said Catharine Albaugh being by me personally examined separate and apart from her husband declared that the signing was her voluntary act and that she is still satisfied therewith.  Given under my hand and seal this 12th day of March A.D. 1856.
