DEED
Solomon Shultz & wife To Morris Albaugh
Know all men by the presents that Mr.
Solomon Shultz and Rachel Shultz wife of the said Solomon Shultz of the County
of Harrison and State of Ohio for and in consideration of the sum of fifty
dollars in hand paid by Morris Albaugh of the same place have bargained and sold
and by these presents do sell and convey unto the said Morris Albaugh his heirs
and assigns forever the following tract or parcel of Land lying and being in the
County of Harrison and State of Ohio and in the Steubenville Land District. It
being that part of the South half of the west half of the North west quarter of
Section Thirteen (13), Range six (6) Township Thirteen (13) that lies south of
the road that runs through said farm from Hanover in Harrison County Ohio to New
Philadelphia in Tuscarawas county Ohio containing one hundred rods more or less.
To have and to hold the said premises with the appurtenances
unto the said Morris Allbaugh his heirs and assigns forever. And the said
Solomon Shultz his heirs and assigns for himself and heirs do hereby covenant to
and with the said Morris Allbaugh his heirs and assigns that he will warrant and
defend forever the described tract of same to the said Morris Allbaugh his heirs
and assigns against all lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
In Testimony whereof the said Solomon Shultz and Rachel Shultz,
wife of the said Solomon Shultz have hereunto set their hands and seals this
fifteenth day of October in the year of Lord one thousand eight hundred and
sixty nine.

Before me B.E. Betts, A Justice of the Peace in and for said
County personally appeared Solomon Shultz and Rachel his wife and acknowledged
the signing and sealing of the within conveyance to be their voluntary act and
deed and the said Rachel Shultz being at the same time examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband and the contents of said Instrument made known
to her by me she then declared that she did voluntarily sign seal and
acknowledge the same and that is still satisfied therewith this fifteenth day of
October A.D. 1869.

I hereby certify that the Deed of which the
foregoing is a copy and adhesive stamps were attached to the value of fifty –
and which was duly cancelled according to the law. I further certify that said
