Maryland SS   Know all men by these presents that we Joseph M. Cromwell, Otho Sprigg & Henry Steiner all of Frederick County are held and firmly bound into the State of Maryland in the full and just sum of Three Hundred Dollars current money To which payment well and truly to be made and done us bind ourselves and every of us our and every of our heirs Executors and Administrators in the whole and for the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 1st day of November 1813

The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above bounden Joseph M. Cromwell Shall well and truly perform the office of Administrator of Samuel Albaugh late of Frederick County Deceased according to Law and shall in all respects Discharge the Duties of him required by Law as Administrator aforesaid without any Injury or Damage to any person Interested in the faithfull performance of this said office then the above Obligation to be Void it is otherwise to be and remain in full force and Virtue in Law
