Rebecca Albaugh to David Stafford

Know all men by these presents that I, Rebecca Albaugh of the County of Tuscarawas in the State of Ohio in consideration of the sum of Two hundred & fifty dollars in paid by David Stafford of the County of Jefferson in said State of Ohio does hereby revise, release and forever quit claim unto the said David Stafford his heirs and assigns forever, all my title, interest and estate, legal and equitable in the following premises with the appurtenances, situate in Salem Township, Jefferson County in the State of Ohio, and bounded and described as follows: being the whole of the North half of the North East quarter of Section thirty one (31) Township ten (10) of range three (3) in the Steubenville Land District containing Seventy six and one half acres, be the same more or less. ~~   In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26^th day of June A.D. one thousand eight hundred and sixty three.
