Last Will & Testament}                 Jackson   October 20th 1866  (U.S. Rev. Stamp of 5 cents)
             of               }                  In the name of God Amen I Peter Albaugh of Jackson Township
Peter Albaugh, dec'd }                  Cambria County and state of Pennsylvania considering the shortness
                                                  and uncertainty of this life Do make this my last will and Testament revoking all former wills.   First after the payment of all my lawful debts I give to my wife Sarah the interest of one third of all my property both real and personal.  Second, That there shall be an equal distribution of all the property both real and personal among the lawful Heirs provided that the amounts charged in the will be deducted from the amount of legacy of each Heir against whom they are charged as follows:
                 Wm. Albaugh                  $325.00
                 Samuel Albaugh                300.00
                 Daniel Albaugh                 100.00
                 Susan Albaugh                    20.00
                 Elizabeth Albaugh              65.00
                 Peggy Albaugh                   65.00
                 Polly Albaugh                     15.00
and I do hereby authorize and earnestly desire that Solomon Benshoof act as executor of this my last will and testament.  Witness my hand and seal this twentieth day of October A.D. 1866.

                      Before me Geo. W. Oatman, Register of the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for said County personally came Charles Buxton and Henry Ely, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Will who being dully affirmed and sworn according to law, do depose and say that they were present and saw and heard Peter Albaugh the within named testator, sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last Will and Testament and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief.

The following words are written on the same sheet of paper with the foregoing Will but were not admitted to Probate, to wit:
   "And I further want fifty dollars deducted out of Elizabeth Albaugh share in this my last Will.
