At an Orphans Court held at Norristown in and for the County of Montgomery Commencing on the ninth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety five and ending on the eleventh day of the same month before the Honorable James Biddle Esquire and his Associates Justices of the same Court.

Upon the petition of Christian Allebaugh a Minor son of Abraham Allebaugh late of Hatfield Township, Montgomery County deceased above the age of fourteen years.  Setting forth that his father the said Abraham Allebaugh died some time since leaving real and personal estate and therefore praying the Court to permit him to choose a Guardian to take care of his personal property during his minority,  Whereupon the said Christian appearing in open Court chose Daniel Rosenberger who is appointed by the Court to take care of his person and property during his minority.

Upon the petition of John Allebaugh a Minor son of Abraham Allebaugh late of Hatfield Township, Montgomery County deceased.  Setting forth that his father, the said Abraham Allebaugh died some time since leaving real and personal estate and thereupon praying the Court to permit him to choose a Guardian to take care of his person and property during his minority.  Whereupon the said John appearing in open Court chose and the Court do appoint Daniel Rosenberger to take care of his person and properties during his minority.

Upon the petition of Catharine Allebaugh and Jacob Longacre Administrators of Abraham Allebaugh late of Hatfield Township, Montgomery County deceased.  Setting forth that the said Abraham died some time since Intestate leaving a Widow the aforesaid Catharine and six Minor children to wit ~ John, Christian, Susannah, Catharine, Benjamin and Maria. seized of a tract of land in Hatfield Township consisting of about one hundred acres that the personal estate is insufficient to pay the debts and maintain the children as appeared to the Court by the Inventory and appraisement filed in the Register's Office & the account of the debts owing by the deceased therewith exhibited.  Therefore praying that the Court would authorize them the above mentioned tract of land for the purpose aforesaid.  Whereupon the said Jacob Longacre affirmed in open Court to the truth of the account of debts owing by the estate & upon consideration it is ordered by the Court that they make sale of the premises above mentioned for the purposes aforesaid.

Upon the Report of the Administration of Abraham Allebaugh Dec'd
Setting forth that in pursuance of an order (page 303) of this Court they did after due and public notice on the third day of December last past expose to public sale the premises in the said or unmentioned when Isaac Rosenberg purchased the same for the sum of eight hundred pounds lawful money of Pennsylvania he being the highest bidder and that being the greater and best price bidden for the same ~~
Whereupon the Court do confirm the Sale aforesaid that it remain firm and stable forever~~
