MONDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 1791

A petition of William Albaugh and Margaret Crowell, executors of Henry Crowell, deceased, was presented to the House and read, praying the renewal of certain Loan Office certificates, the property of their testator, which have been destroyed.

The Speaker laid before the House a letter from the Secretary of the Treasury, accompanying his report on the several petitions of Josias Clapham, John Higby, John Elias Moore, William Arnold, William Albaugh , and Margaret Crowell, executors of Henry Crowell, deceased (and others non related) respectively praying the renewal of certain certificates which are alleged to have been destroyed or lost; which report was read, and ordered to be referred to Mr. Lee, Mr. Sterrett, and Mr. Thatcher; that they do examine the matter thereof, and report the same, with their opinion thereupon, to the House.
