John Myers to Morris Albaugh

Bill Of Sale  

Know all men by these presents that I, John Meyers for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars good and lawful Money of the United States  me in hand paid by Morris Albaugh at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold unto the said Morris Albaugh his heirs Executors or Administrators all the following property To wit:  Three head of horses, and two pair of horse gears, five head of cattle, one Double tree, thirty head of hogs, a Rifle gun and Cross cut saw, one Broad axe, three narrow axes, Two grubling, Hoes, three hilling hoes, one plow and harness, one Cutting box, ** one Set of Carpenter Tools to all the household furniture.  All and singular the goods and property before mentioned or described now are in occupation of the said John Meyers.  To have and to hold all and singular the property before mentioned or sold or intended so to be to the said Morris Albaugh his heirs and Administrators and assigns forever.  And I the John Meyer for myself my heirs Executor and administrator and single the said Property unto the said Morris Albaugh his heirs and Administrators and assigns against me the said John Meyers & my administrators and against all persons and every other persons and persons whatsoever.  I shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents of all and singular which said Property before mentioned I the said.  I the said John Myers have put in possession by delivering him the said Morris Albaugh the property hereby bargained and sold unto him the said Morris Albaugh his heirs and assigns forever.  In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 15th day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen.
