Matthew McKowens Esq. To John Allaback
Know all men by these presents that I Samuel Shelly Executor of
the last Will and Testament of Mathew McKowen deceased of the County of
Jefferson and State of Ohio in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred and
sixty one dollars in hand paid by John Allaback of the same place have bargained
and sold and do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said John
Allaback his heirs and assigns forever, the following premises, situate in the
County of Jefferson and State of Ohio, the same being lot number Twenty eight
situate on the South side of Main Street in the Town of Richmond in the
aforesaid County & State, containing in front on said street sixty feet and in
length or debth One hundred and sixty feet, as marked in the plat of said town
and numbered (28) as aforesaid, & recorded at the recorders Office within and
for said County, the same having been deeded to William Cuney by Joseph Tabbott,
deed bearing date June 8th A.D. 1835, and by said William Cuney to
Matthew McKowen, deed bearing date 30 first day of July A.D. 1849. To have and
to hold said premises with the appurtenances unto the said John Allaback his
heirs and assigns forever. In Testimony whereof the said Samuel Shelly is
Executor as aforesaid, has hereunto set his hand and seal this twenty first day
of January in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty one.

Before the undersigned authority within and
for said County personally appeared the within named Samuel Shelley Executor of
Matthew McKowen Deceased and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the within
deed to be his voluntary act and deed as Executor, as aforesaid, Given under my
hand and seal this twenty third day of February, A.D.
