In the name of God Amen, I Margaret Albaugh, Widow, of Baltimore County, State of Maryland
being weak in body, but of sound and perfect mind, memory and understanding, blessed be
Almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in the
manner and form following viz.
I give and bequeath unto my beloved son William, a tract of land
containing Sixty four acres more or less called Everything Needfull conected, lying and
being in Baltimore County in the State aforesaid at six dollars per acre and fifty dollars
to be paid to the rest of heirs every year after two years after my decease untill paid,
of these sums he is to have his equal share with the rest of the heirs and all the rest of
Property. I do likewise give and bequeath unto my son William my house block.
I do also give and bequeath unto my daughter Catherine the sum of Thirty dollars to be
paid before the division or exclusive of her part, that is besides her equal part with the
rest of the heirs. I also hereby appoint David Fowble and my son William Albaugh as
sole Exectors of this, my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this Eight day of April, in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and twenty five.

Signed sealed published and delivered by the
above named Margaret Albaugh, to be her last
will and testament in the present of us, who at
her request, and in her presence have hereunto
subscribed our names as witnesses to the same.

On the 3 day of June 1829 came Edward Taylor and John Born, last the subscribing witnesses
to the aforegoing last Will and testament of Margaret Albaugh late of said County deceased
and made oath on the holy evangely of Almighty God that they did see the testatrix sign
and seal this will that they heard her publish, pronounce and declare the same to be her
last will and testament that at the time of her so doing she was to the best of their
apprehension of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding and that they together
with Henry Z. Buchen the other subscribing witness thereto subscribed their names as
witnesses to this will in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other.
