Levi Albaugh to Lucretia Albaugh
Land Records, Jefferson OH Know all men by these presents: That Levi
Albaugh and Sarah Albaugh wife of the said Levi Albaugh of the County of
Jefferson and State of Ohio for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
and twenty five dollars to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Lucretia Albaugh of the County of
Jefferson and State of Ohio, her heirs or assigns, all the following described
Land, with the appurtenances, situate in the County of Jefferson and State of
Ohio, in the Town of Bloomfield in said County and State, and numbered on the
plat of said Town, Number Fifty six (56) as will fully appear on an examination
of the plat of said Town recorded at the recorders office in Steubenville Ohio.
To have and to hold the above described Tract of Land and Premises, with the
appurtenances unto the said Lucretia Albaugh her heirs and assigns forever. And
the said Levi Albaugh and his wife Sarah Albaugh for themselves & heirs,
Executors and administrators herby covenant with the said Lucretia Albaugh her
heirs and assigns that they are lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid, that
they are free and clear from all incumbrances whatsoever and that they will
forever warrant and defend the same unto the said Lucretia Albaugh her heirs and
assigns against all lawful claims whatsoever. In testimony whereof the
aforesaid Levi Albaugh and his wife Sarah Albaugh have hereunto set their hands
and seals this third day of February A.D. 1862. |
