Quit Claim Deed
James Albaugh to Mary Fisher Sr., Joseph Shawver, Mary Fisher Jr. & Heater Fisher

Know all men by these presents, that I James Albaugh, of the County of Harrison and State of Ohio, in consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars in hand paid by Mary Fisher Sr., Joseph Shawver, Mary Fisher Jr. & Hester Fisher, all of the same place do hereby remise, release and forever quit claim unto the said Mary Fisher Sr., Joseph Shawver, Mary Fisher Jr. & Hester Fisher, their heirs and assigns forever, all my title, interest and estate, legal and equitable in the following premises, with the appurtenances, situated in Harrison county, of Lands directed to be sold at Steubenville Ohio and described as follows:  The West half of the North East quarter of Section six, in Township twelve of Range Six, Also the west half of the South East quarter of Section one in Township thirteen of Range six.  Also the East half of the North East quarter of Section six, of Township twelve.  Also the East half of the South west quarter of  Section thirty six in Township Eleven of Range five and also the undivided half of the North West quarter of Section Six, in Township twelve and Range six (excepting twenty acres sold off the South West corner) or all that part that will fall to the heirs of John Fisher, dec’d after the division is made between the aforesaid heirs and William Albaugh Sr. in the last mentioned tract or parcel of land.  In Testimony where unto I have set my hand and seal this 11th day of April A.D. 1858.
