In the name of God Amen

I Henrietta E. Albaugh wife of Jeremiah W. Albaugh of Frederick county State of Maryland, intending to dispose of all my Estate, I make, ordain, declare and publish this my last Will and testament in manner and form following to wit: 1st Item after all my debts and funeral expenses are paid I give devise and bequeath unto my husband Jeremiah W. Albaugh during his natural life time all that tract or parcel of land situated in Frederick county State of Maryland, late property of my Father John D. Crumbaugh, and which by his will he with other property devised and bequeathed to me for life with power to dispose of as I may think proper. 2nd I give devise and bequeath unto my husband Jeremiah W. Albaugh all the rest and residue of my estate personal and mixed 3rd After the death of my husband Jeremiah W. Albaugh, I give devise and bequeath unto my two nephews John W. Shank and Parmar Lee Feisser all that tract or parcel of land herein above described in 1st item. After paying out the sum of $2000 to my two nieces Laura Matilda Feisser and Mrs Susan Alice Biggs in the way and manner herein after named, provided the personal property is not sufficient to pay the same: 4th I give devise and bequeath to my nieces Laura Matilda Feisser the sum of one thousand dollars ($1000) to be paid one year after the death of my husband Jeremiah W. Albaugh, without interest, Should my niece Laura Matilda Feisser, not be living then, this one thousand dollars is to be equally divided between my two nephews herein before named share and share alike. 5th I give devise and bequeath to my niece Mrs Susan Alice Biggs wife of Edward B. Biggs the sum of one thousand dollars ($1000) to be paid one year after the death of my husband Jeremiah W. Albaugh without interest, in the event my said niece should not be living then it is to be paid to her children share and share alike. 6th I give devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my Estate after the death of my husband Jeremiah W. Albaugh to be equally divided between my two nephews and two nieces herein before named that is to say one full share to my nephew John W. Shank- one full share to my nephew Parmar Lee Feisser and one full share to my niece Laura Matilda Feisser, but in the event she should be dead this share is to be equally divided between my two nephews herein above named share and share alike- one full share to my niece Mrs Susan Alice Biggs, but in the event she should be dead and no child or children living then this share is to be equally divided between my two nephews above named share and share alike. I hereby revoke all former wills by me heretofore made

And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my husband Jeremiah W. Albaugh to be Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, authorizing and impowering him to make Sale of my Estate, and to execute and acknowledge any conveyences or conveyances that may be necessary or the same in as full and perfect manner as I myself can now do.

In testimony whereof I hereto set my hand and affix my Seal this 19th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty six

Signed sealed published and declared by Henrietta E. Albaugh the above named testatrix, and for this last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence, and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

         On this 25th day of January 1892 came P.L. Feisser and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God, that the aforegoing instrument of writing is the true whole will and testament    of Henrietta E. Albaugh late of Frederick county deceased, that has come to his hands, and possession that he found the same amongst the papers of the testatrix for safe keeping, and that he does not know of any other of a later date                                             Test: James K.          On the 25th day of January 1892 came Jacob M. Newman, Jacob Adams and William H. Wagner the subscribing witnesses to the aforegoing last will and testament of Henrietta E. Albaugh   Late of Frederick deceased and oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that they did see Henrietta E. Albaugh the testatrix therein named sign and seal this will that they heard her publish, pronounce, and declare the same to be her last will and testament that at the time of her so doing she was to the best of their apprehension of sound and disposing mind memory  and understanding, and capable of executing a Valid deed or contract and that they respectively subscribed their names as witnesses to said will in the presence of and at the request of the testatrix and that they did also see each the other subscribing witness sign their names as witness to said will at the request of the testatrix in her presence and in all the presence of  each other.             Test: James K. In the Orphans' Court of Frederick County
         The court after having carefully examined the above last will and testament of Henrietta E. Albaugh late of Frederick county deceased, and also the evidence adduced as to its validity O.H. Harris one of the subscribing witnesses to said will being sick and out of the county Order and decree this 25th day of January A.D. 1892 that the same be admitted to Probate in this court as the true and genuine last will and testament of the said Henrietta E. Albaugh Deceased.
