Samuel Hart to Abraham Albaugh

                                                 At the request of Abraham Albaugh the following Bill of Sale was
                                                 Recorded the 30th day of March 1805, to wit ~~

Know all men by these presents that Samuel Hart of Fredrick County and State of Maryland, For and in Consideration of the sum of fifty two dollars to me in hand paid by Abraham Albaugh the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge hath bargained sold and Delivered and by these presents do bargain Sell and Deliver unto the said Abraham Albaugh his heirs and assigns forever all the following property, to wit, one black cow, one hog, one bedstead and bed with all its furniture and covering, one Spinning Wheel, one Reel, one table, one chest, three Split bottom Chairs, two Iron Potts, one Dutch Oven, one Iron Tea Kettle, one frying pan, one pewter Dish, one coffee Pott from pewter, Table spoons, one coffee mill, two water Burchetts, one Churn, one washing Tub, two old flower barrels, two old axes, one Hoe, one Schyth and Sneath, eight dozen of Flax Thread and nine pounds of Woolen threat for selling now at the weaver matzes in Liberty Town all the hay in the stable and eight Bundles of Flax, Eight pieces of Bacon a pair of fire tongs and all the Delph ware, To have and to hold the above mentioned property unto the said Abraham Albaugh his heirs and assigns for ever without redemption.  In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty ninth day of March Eighteen hundred and five………

On the 29th day of March 1805 Samuel Hart came before me a Justice of the Peace for Frederick County and acknowledged the aforegoing Instrument of Writing to be his act and Deed and the property therein mentioned to be the Right, Title and Estate of the within named Abraham Albaugh his heirs and assigns forever and that he had Delivered it as such to the said Abraham Albaugh….
