George Alabaugh, dec'd Will Probate The State of Ohio, Coshocton County Be it remembered that now to wit. on the day and year aforesaid the last will and testament of George Alabaugh late of Coshocton County dec'd was this day produced in writing, and John Gardner and Henry Everhart credible witnesses thereunto being in open Court duly sworn and severally examined, and whom testimony was taken in writing, and signed deed duly filed. And it appearing to the Court from the above testimony of said witnesses that the said last will and testament was duly executed, that the testator at the time of executing the same, was of full age of sound mind and memory and under any restraint: It is by the Court ordered that said Last Will and Testament, together with the proof thereof be recorded by the Clerk of this Court, which said last will and testament reads in the words and figures following, to wit.. In the of God Amen - Signed, sealed, published and declared by George
Alabaugh the above named testator as and for his last will and testament in the
presence of us who at his request and in his presence have subscribed our names
as witnesses thereunto And that Letters testimentary, with a copy of the said will annexed, be issued to Thomas M. Pinkerton the executor named therein, whereupon said Thomas M. Pinkerton appeared in open Court and accepted said appointment. Thereupon it was by the Court ordered that he give bond in the sum of four hundred dollars, conditioned as the law directs, John Hammond & Samuel Winkliplick are accepted as securities... John Gardner, Henry Everhart & William Doak are appointed to appraise the property of said estate...
