Mary Fisher to Morris Albaugh

 

Know all men by these presents that I Mary Fisher Sr. of the County of Harrison & State of Ohio for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars to me in hand paid or secured to be paid by Morris Albaugh of the County of Harrison , State of Ohio.  The receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, remised & quit claimed unto the said Morris Albaugh’s to his heirs and assigns forever.  All that tract or parcel of land and described as follows it being part of the north west  quarter of Section Six (6) in Township twelve (12) Range Six (6) in the Steubenville land district.  Beginning at the north West corner of said Section thence South 46 perches to a post on the west margin of the road, thence North 81 ¾ p 9.90 perches to a post thence North 25 perches to a post thence west 89 perches to the beginning containing Twenty two acres more or less.  To have and to hold with all appurtenances thereunto.  In witness whereof I the said Mary Fisher have hereunto set my hand and seal this 21st day of August 1861.

Before me F. Grace a Justice of the Peace in and for said County came the above named Mary Fisher Sr. and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the above quit claim deed to be her voluntary act and deed.  This 31st day of August A.D. 1862.
