Elizabeth Albaugh to George Albaugh

This Indenture made this twelfth day of
January in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and twenty nine
between Elizabeth Albaugh of the County of Stark and State of Ohio of the one
part, and George Albaugh of Jefferson County and State of Ohio of the other
part, Witnesseth, that the said Elizabeth Albaugh for and in consideration of
the sum of seventy five dollars and forty four cents to her in hand paid, the
receipt and payment whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and
sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the
said George Albaugh his heirs and assigns, all the following described tract of
land, with the appurtenances situate lying and being in the County of Jefferson
and State aforesaid, being the one eighth part of the South west quarter of
Section Number seven in Township number Twelve in Range number four of the lands
directed to be sold at Steubenville. To have and to hold the above described
tract or parcel of land and premises with the appurtenances to the said George
Albaugh his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said
George Albaugh his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Elizabeth Albaugh
for herself and her heirs and assigns, executors and administrators Do and
hereby covenant and agree to, and with the said George Albaugh his heirs and
assigns, that she the said Elizabeth Albaugh the above described tract or parcel
of land and premises, to the said George Albaugh his heirs and assigns shall and
will warrant and forever defend against all lawful claims whatsoever. In
Testimony whereof, the aforesaid Elizabeth Albaugh has hereunto set her hand and
