Elijah Albaugh - is a son of George and Jemima (Robinson) Albaugh, whose sketch follows this one. He is one of the prosperous farmers of Clay district, and his life has been passed in this county, where he was born and wedded.  November 8, 1850, was the date of his birth, and his marriage vows were recorded May 25, 1876.  On that date in Clay district, Emma C. Liston was joined with him in wedlock, and their three children were born: Attie Blanche, October 13, 1877; Harry, November 2, 1879; Abbie, May 28, 1882. William and Lydia (Martin) Liston are tha parents of Emma C., wife of Mr. Albaugh, and her birth was in Clay district, May 25, 1855.  William Liston, father of Mrs. Albaugh, was born in Somerset county, Virginia, February 9, 1809, and her mother in Preston county, April 3, 1821.  They are now residents of Centre district this county.  Elijah Albaugh's post office address is Milo, Wetzel county, West Virginia.
