In the name of God Amen:

I, Elias V. Albaugh of Frederick County Maryland do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary E. Albaugh all of my property, Real, Personal and mixed absolutely. I desire my Executrix hereinafter named to have suitable head and foot stones erected at my grave to cost not exceeding forty dollars.

And I do hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Mary E. Albaugh to be sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and annulling all former Wills by one heretofore made, ratifying and confirming this and or other to be any last Will and Testament.

I or testimony whereof I hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this second day of January in the year Eighteen hundred and ninety six.

Signed, sealed and declared by Elias V. Albaugh the above named testator as and for his last Will and testament in the presence of us, who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

I hereby certify this 20th day of April 1905 that the foregoing instrument of writing is the true and genuine Whole will and testament of Elias V. Albaugh late of Frederick County, deceased, which was filed in this office by said testator for safe keeping on the 2ND of January 1896 and that I do not know of any other of a later date.

State of Maryland, Frederick County, to wit:
         On the 21st of April 1905, came Melville E. Doll one of the subscribing witnesses in the aforegoing last Will and Testament of Elias V. Albaugh late of Frederick County, deceased, and made oath that he did see Elias V. Albaugh the testator therein named sign and seal this Will; that he heard him publish, pronounce and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament; that at the time of his so doing he was, to the vest of his apprehension, of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, and capable of executing a valid deed or contract, and that he respectively subscribed his name as witness to said Will, in the presence of and at the request of the Testator and that he did also see each the other subscribing witness sign his name as witness to said Will, at the request of the Testator in his presence, and all in the presence of each other, and he also made oath that he is well acquainted with the handwriting and signatures of John H Cutshall and Wm. V. Albaugh as appears on said Will are their true and genuine signatures.

In the Orphans Court of Frederick County:
         The Court after having carefully examined the above last Will and Testament of Elias V. Albaugh, late of Frederick County, deceased, and also the evidence adduced as the validity, orders and decrees, this Twenty-sixth day of April , A.D. 1905, that the same be admitted to probate in this Court as the true and genuine last Will and Testament of the said Elias V. Albaugh, deceased.
