Eli Albaugh to George Albaugh

This Indenture made this fourth day of
December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six
between Eli Albaugh and Hannah his wife of the County of Jefferson and State of
Ohio of the first part, and George Albaugh of the County and State aforesaid of
the second part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One hundred and thirty dollars to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath bargained, sold, remised and quit claim and by these presents doth bargain
sell remise and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part and to be his
heirs and assigns forever, all their right, title claim and interest in and to
the southwest quarter of Section seven, township twelve, in Range four of the
lands directed to be sold in Steubenville. It being the claim the said Eli
Albaugh is entitled to by being heir to George Albaugh Senior, deceased and by a
deed he holds from John Rainsburgh and Susanah his wife, for their share in the
said quarter section bearing date the tenth day of December in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one together with all and singular
the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof and also all the estate, right, title, interest,
claim and demand whatsoever of the said party at the first part, either in law
or equity of in and to the above bargained premises, and every part and parcel
thereof to the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to the sole
and only proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof the said party of the first, have
