Will of Edward S. Albaugh I Edward S. Albaugh, resident of Frederick City, in Frederick County, in the State of Maryland, do make and publish this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say - After the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real and personal, of which I shall *die seized and possessed as follows, - I give, devise and bequeath all my real estate and personal property unto my two sisters, Emma J. James, wife of William James, resident of Frederick City, in Frederick County, Maryland, and unto Sallie F. Porter, wife of Robert Porter, resident of Baltimore City, Maryland, to have and to hold the same as tenants in Common, share and share alike. I hereby Constitute and appoint Emma J. James of Frederick City, Maryland, to be the Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, excusing her from the necessity of giving Bond as Executrix. In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and attach my seal this 7th day of January, in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-nine. E.S. Albaugh, as and for his last Will and Testament, in our presence, who at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our hands as witnesses thereto. Henry M. Gittinger Edward James Maryland, Frederick County, to-wit: On this 28th day of July, 1899, came William H. James and made oath in due form of law, that the aforegoing instrument of writing is the true whole Will and Testament of Edward S. Albaugh, late of Frederick County, deceased, that has come to his hands and possession; that he received the same from Edward S. Albaugh the Testator for safe keeping, and that he does not know of any other of a later date. Test: Chas. E. Saylor Register of Wills for Frederick County State of Maryland, Frederick County, to-wit: On the 29th day of July 1899, came Henry M. Gittenger, on August 1st came Edward James the subscribing Witnesses to the aforegoing last Will and Testament of Edward S. Albaugh late of Frederick County, deceased, and made oath in due form of law, that they did see Edward S. Albaugh the testator therein named, sign and seal this Will; that they heard him publish, pronounce and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament; that at the time of his so doing he was, to the best of their apprehension, of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, and capable of executing a valid deed or contract, and that they respectively subscribe their names as Witnesses to said Will, in the presence of and at the request of the testator and that they did also see each the other subscribing witness sign his name as Witness to said Will at the request of the Testator in his presence, and in the presence of each other. Test: Chas. E. Saylor Register of Wills for Frederick County In the Orphans' Court of Frederick County: The Court, after having carefully examined the above last Will and Testament of Edward S. Albaugh, late of Frederick County, deceased, and also the evidence adduced as to its validity, Orders and Decrees, this 1st day of August A.D. 1899, that the same be admitted to probate in this Court as the true and genuine last Will and Testament of the said Edward S.
