David F. Albaugh                                     I, David F. Albaugh being of sound mind       
Will                                                            make this my last will and testament      
Miriam Albaugh                                  First and principally I commit my soul to God        
Executor                                                                        who gave it.

Item.   I give and bequeath unto my wife Miriam one half of all my property, the other
half to my son Clinton. I appoint my wife my Executrix and also Guardian for my son
Clinton and leave to her judgement the disposal of my property.

Maryland, Carroll County, to wit:
         On this 15th day of July 1884, before the Orphans Court of Carroll County came
Joseph A. Waesche, the person who exhibited this aforegoing instrument of writing
and in Open Court made oath on this Holy Evangeky of Almighty God that the same is
the true and whole last will and testament of David F. Albaugh, late of Carroll County,
deceased. That he received the same from the testator in his lifetime for safe keeping
and that he does not know of any other will or codicil left by said deceased.

Maryland, Carroll County, to wit:
         On this 15th day of July 1884, before the Orphans' Court of Carroll County came
Joseph A. Waeche, and Tomas H. Rorilsin, and on the 21st day of July, came Dr.
George H. Brown, the subscribing witnesses to the aforegoing last will and testament
of David F. Albaugh, late of Carroll County, deceased, and in open court made oath on
the Holy Evangely of Almighty God, that they did see David F. Albaugh, the testator in
said will sign said will; that they heard him publish, pronounce and declare the same
to be his last will and testament; that at the time of so doing, he, the said David F.
Albaugh, was, to the best of their apprehension, knowledge and belief of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding and that they subscribed their respective
names as witnesses to said will at the request of said testator, in his presence and
in the presence of each other.

In the Orphans' Court of Carroll County:
         The Court after having carefully examined the above last will and testament
of David F. Albaugh, late of Carroll County, deceased, and also the evidence adduced
as to its validity, orders and decrees this twenty first day of July, A.D. 1884, that the
same be admitted to probate in this Court as the true and genuine last will and
testament of the said David F. Albaugh, deceased.
