Daniel Allaback to Catharine Noble


To all People to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting.

Know ye that Daniel Allaback, and Isabel Allaback, of the County of Allegheny, in the State of Pennsylvania the grantors for diverse good cause and consideration thereunto moving especially for Four Hundred dollars, received to them full satisfaction of Catharine Noble of Jefferson County Ohio the said Grantee her given granted premises released and forever Quit Claimed and do by these presents, absolutely give, grant, remise, release and forever Quit Claim unto the said Grantee to her heirs and assigns forever all such right and title as they the said Grantors have or ought to have in or to the following described Land Situate in Saline Township in Jefferson County & in the State of Ohio Being the farm owned by Andrew Noble deceased late of said County and of which he died seized and the same premises in which said Catharine Noble has a life estate said right and title being one sixth of that of Daniel Noble as legatee of said Andrew Noble deceased and being that which  descended to said Isabel Allaback as heir of said Daniel Noble deceased and also all personal estate coming descending or belonging to said Grantor as heirs of said Daniel Noble deceased.
            To have and to hold the premises aforesaid unto the said Grantee her heirs and assigns so that neither they the said Grantors their heirs nor any other person or persons claiming title through or under them shall or will hereafter Claim or Demand and right or title to the premises or any part thereof but they and every one of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred and Daniel Allaback husband of said Isabel Allaback, do hereby remise, release and forever Quit Claim unto the said grantee and her heirs and assigns all of his right and title of curtesy in the above described premises.  In witness whereof We have hereunto set our hands and seals the eighth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand right hundred and sixty eight.

Before me a Notary Public in and for said County Personally appeared Daniel Allaback and Isabel Allaback and acknowledged that they did sign and seal the foregoing instrument and that the same is their free act and deed.  I further certify that I did examine the said Isabel Allaback separate and apart from her said husband and did then and there make known to her the contents of the foregoing instrument and upon that examination she did declare that she did voluntarily sign seal and acknowledge the same as is still satisfied therewith.
