Power of Attorney

Received of William Stafford Jr. three hundred dollars in full of our share of his Will  and personal property of the estate of William Stafford, late of Jefferson County, Ohio, dec’d and of Catharine Stafford, wife of said deceased, with full power and authority to the said William Stafford, Jr. if necessary, a receipt for and called by law or otherwise in my, or our name, all that may be describe said estate, the same as if we were personally present and did the same.  In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 6^th day of Novr AD 1867.
