This Indenture made this 10th day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight between Jonathon Brown , Sarah his wife and Mary Shober of the County of Dodge & State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, & George Allbaugh of the State of Ohio and County of Jefferson, party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to them in hand paid, by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all that Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in the County of Jefferson & State of Ohio described as follows, to wit:  It being the one third interest in the South East Eighty or South East half of South East quarter of Section No. Seven, Township No. Twelve, in Range No. Four.  To Have and to hold the same.  Together with all the hereditaments  and appurtenances there unto or in any wise appertaining, and the said Jonathon Brown, Sarah his wife and Mary Shober parties of the first part, the covenant with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns as follows:  First, that they are lawfully seized of said premises, second, that they have good right to convey the same, Third, that the same are free from all incumbrances and Fourth, that the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns shall quietly enjoy and posses the same and that the said parties of the first part, will warrant and defend the title to the same against all lawful claims.  In Testimony whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

Be it known that on the 16th day of September A.D. 1858 personally appeared before me Jonathan Brown, Sarah his wife, and Mary Shober, the signers and sealers of the foregoing Deed and acknowledged the same to be their own Free act and deed, and the said Sarah, wife of Jonathan Brown, on an examination separate and apart from her said husband, acknowledged that she executed the said Deed freely and voluntarily without fear or compulsion from anyone.

Bond before whom the within acknowledgement was taken is an acting Justice of the Peace in and for said County of Dodge, and State of Minnesota and that the signature thereto attached purporting to be his, is his genuine  Signature in his own hand writing.  In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court, this 18th day of August A.D. 1859
