Arnold Barker to Solomon Albaugh

This Indenture made the fourteenth day of
February one thousand eight hundred and thirty one between Solomon Albaugh ,
John Jackson, John Kulan Quarters of the third School District, Rumley Township
Harrison County and State of Ohio of the other part Arnold Barker of State and
County and Township aforesaid the sum and lawful Attorney of Thomas Tagart
Witnesseth that the said Arnold Barker by these present do demise to lease a
section lot of ground for the site of a school house situate as follows on the
South Line of the Seventeenth Section beginning at the South West corner sixteen
rods to the place of beginning then nineteen rods north and then eight rods East
and corners then ten rods South then eight rods West to the place of beginning.
To have and to hold the same unto the said Directors a Albaugh, Jackson and
Kulan and their Successions for and during the term of ninety nine years. In
witness whereof the said parties have hereunto interchangeably Set their hand
and Seals this day and year above written. |
