Will - Barbara Ann Albaugh I, Barbara Ann Albaugh of Frederick County in the State of Maryland being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make, ordain and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows: First, I hereby devise, bequeath and give to Edward S. Albaugh my husband all my real personal and mixed estate of every kind and description whatsoever wheresoever the same may be located. Second, I do hereby constitute and appoint the said Edward Albaugh Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby rescinding all former Will by me made. In testimony whereof I hereto set my hand and affix my seal this tenth day of August in the year eighteen hundred and eighty three. Barbara Ann Albaugh (Seal) Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in our presence who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses hereto. Albaugh and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the aforegoing instrument of writing is a true whole Will and Testament as Barbara Ann Albaugh late of Frederick County deceased, that has come to his hands and possession, that he received the same from the testatrix for safe keeping; and that he does not know of any other later date. Harrington two of the subscribing witnesses to the aforegoing last Will and Testament of Barbara Ann Albaugh late of Frederick County deceased and made oath on the Evangely of Almighty God that they did see Barbara Ann Albaugh the testatrix therein named signed and seal this Will that they heard her publish pronounce and declare the same to be her last Will and Testament: that at the time of her so doing she wants the best of their apprehension of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding and capable of reciting a valid deed or contract: and that they respectively subscribe their names as witnesses to said Will in the presence of and at the request of the Testatrix and that they did also see each the other subscribing witness sign his name as witness to said Will at the request of this Testatrix in her presence and all in the presence of each other and at the same time came Wm. Sash Young and made oath in due form of law that the name reporting to be that of James Baitgis now dec'd is in his own handwriting to the best of his knowledge and belief.
