Adam Albaugh
Estate of Adam Albaugh, a minor Letters of Guardianship Be it remembered that on the second day of
May A.D. one thousand eight hundred and sixty, personally appeared in open court, Adam
Albaugh a minor age fourteen years on the nineteenth day of April A.D. 1860, and estate
under the Will of John Slates deceased, and made choice of Solomon Slates as Guardian of
his estate, which choice was approved by the Court and the said Solomon Slates having
filed in this Court five written Statements under oath as to the value of said Estate the
Court ordered that he first give bond conditioned according to law in the sum of Eight
hundred dollars with William Slates and Conrad Slates as his Sureties Who are accepted as
such by the Court ~ Whereupon said Guardian gave bond accordingly in the words and figures
following to wit: Whereupon Letters of Guardianship were duly
issued hearing date on said Second day of May A.D. one thousand eight hundred and sixty
