Know all men by these presents, that we William A. Albaugh, Nathan England, and Daniel Sweaduer, of Frederick County, are held & firmly bound to the State of Maryland, in the sum of To (sic) Thousand dollars, Current money, to be paid to the State aforesaid, or its certain attorney, to which payment well & truly to be made, we bind ourselves, Our heirs, Executors, and Administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents, sealed with our seals, and dated this 2nd day of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and thirty.
The condition of the above obligation is such, that if the above bounder, William A. Albaugh, shall well and truly perform the office of Administrator, of Abraham Albaugh, late of Frederick County, deceased, the duties of him requires as administrator, aforesaid, without any injury or damage, to any person interested in the faithful performance of the said office, then the above obligation shall be void; it is otherwise to be in full force and virtue in law,

To The Register of Wills of Frederick County
I Margaret Albaugh, widow of Abraham Albaugh, late of Frederick County, deceased, do hereby refuse to Administer, on the Estate of said deceased; And do therefore renounce all my rights title & claim to said Administration, desiring at the same time, that letters of Administration may be granted to William A. Albaugh, of the County aforesaid, and son of the deceased, as witness, my hand this second day of August 1830.
