                                               At the request of Abraham Albaugh the following Cert of Qual.
                                               Was recorded 7th of August 1806, to wit

State of Maryland, Frederick County to wit ~~  Abraham Albaugh personally appeared before me the subscriber on the 11th day of July 1806 to whom as Deputy Sheriff I administered the following oath to wit, you Abraham Albaugh do swear you will not for **lucre** or malice delay any person or persons applying to you for any business belonging to the the office you officiate in; and that you will not directly or indirectly ask take exact demand or receive from or charge to any such person or persons to your own use any fee or reward whatsoever for any services you shall do as deputy clerk of said office and also that in making out the office fees you will not wittingly or willingly charge other or higher fees then limited by the act entitles and act for the regulation of officers uses

Abraham Albaugh personally appeared before me the subscriber on the tenth day of December 1806 to whom as deputy Sheriff I administered the following oath to wit  You Abraham Albaugh do swear that you will not for lucre or malice delay any person or persons applying to you for any licenses belonging to the office you officiate in and that you will not directly or indirectly ask take exact demand or receive from or charge to any such person or persons to your own use any fee or reward whatsoever for any service you shall do as deputy Clerk of the said office and also that in making out of the office fees you will not wittingly or willingly charge other or higher fees than limited by the act entitled and act for the regulation of Officers fees

                                                    At the request of Abraham Albaugh the following oath is recorded
                                                    the 3rd day of November 1809 to wit ~~
Maryland, Frederick County, to wit ~
On the twenty fifth day of October in the year 1809 appeared before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for the County aforesaid Abraham Albaugh to whom as Deputy Sheriff I administered the following oath to wit ~     Yo Abraham Albaugh do swear that you will not for lucre or malice delay any person or persons applying to you for any business belonging to the office you officiate in and that you will not directly or indirectly ask take exact demand or receive from or charge to any such person or persons to your own use any fee or reward whatsoever for any services you shall so as deputy Sheriff and also that in making out of the office fees you will not wittingly or willingly charge other or higher fees than limited by the act entitled an act for the regulation of officers fees.                                  Francis B.
